Shaft, Cross, Hex, Single End, 4.375"
5/16" Hex cross shafts to fit Sho-Bud and Fender pedal steel guitars.
These are direct replacements for the OEM cross shafts found on later model Sho-Bud and the Sho-Bud built Fender pedal steels.
Use these to replace or add additional cross shafts on your guitar.
The 4.375"(4 3/8") shafts are available in 2 different styles. One has one end turned round and the other has both ends turned. The double end is what Sho-Bud used for all applications but some situations require a bracket and a bushing to be placed at the very end of a shaft. With the end turned round, that doesn't provide an extremely solid surface for the mating hex component. That's why I'm offering the same length shaft with just one end turned.
