Finger, Single Raise, Single Lower, Professional, Ass'y

Finger assembly for the Sho-Bud Professional. These are newly manufactured and are a direct replacement for the factory stamped assemblies. The finger is made from 6061-T651 aircraft quality aluminum with the axel hole reamed to Ø.3130±.0002" This will allow these fingers to fit all shaft diameters in the 5/16" range. The raise and lower pullers are machined and riveted to the connecting bar with steel rivets. A black oxide conversion coating has been applied to the steel parts to help prevent rusting and retain a trace of lubrication once installed. Clearances between the moving components has been set to .002-.005" to eliminate any excessive play that might impair the operation of the assembly.
