These brackets are also available in both the standard and vertical (taller) versions.

I have also added a bracket which appears on some of the later hex shaft guitars and has the lever stem removed. This is used as a "jumper" to activate a cross shaft which is further away and is usually seen as part of a Crawford cluster of knee levers.
